The Leaders Chair has the responsibility of selecting rectors for each weekend. This chair takes into consideration experience, leadership and other tangibles that will go a long way to leading the team and candidates through a Way of Christ weekend. The chair is the selected Rector’s resource with questions about the weekend or their responsibilities as the rector.
